Unveiling Brickell Miami's Latest New Developments

The finished product at 888 Brickell Avenue will feature units that range from one to four bedrooms. A unique feature of these units will be the “lock out” feature that owners can engage. This allows for bedrooms within the unit to be closed off and entered separately so that the owner can rent the bedroom out in the hotel portion of the building’s portfolio.

Major promises to have five-star restaurant options on-site, all curated carefully with Major Food Group’s expertise. The skyscraper will have a dedicated 115k square feet of space for multiple amenities for residents and hotel guests. These eight floors will be taken up by multiple dining options, a multi-level pool deck complete with cabanas, a jumbo-sized spa, a private club, a state-of-the-art gym, and so much more.

The Waldorf Astoria Hotel will also have residential units

The Waldorf Astoria Residences Miami towers over Brickell with more than 100 stories that are a combination hotel/residential center. The more than 350 private residences in this tower share panoramic views of the bay as well as scenic views of downtown Miami.

PMG is planning on erecting two towers with high-end units

Developers PMG have construction underway for their one-point-two-acre site in Brickell that will soon host dual towers. The 31 and 46-story towers will be joined with a shared first-floor lobby, as well as pool decks that span the 13th and 31st floors. An 11-story parking garage is also slated to connect to the structures. The finished project will encompass more than 1.5M square feet of space.

1 Southside Park promises some of the most elegant mixed-use spaces in the city

Another project by JDS Development Group will sit in the heart of Brickell at 1 Southside Park. This 64-foot tower is being created as a mixed-use space, combining residential living, office space, and retail. The tower will also function in part as a hotel, with a portion of its 1200 units as part of this concept.

With more than 2.5M square feet of space in its blueprint, 1 Southside Park promises to pack in multiple uses in one of the most elegant buildings currently under construction. The building will provide immediate access to the Brickell Rapid Transit Zone. Additionally, this new center will connect to the Brickell Backyard.
