Turnberrry Isle Country Club Social Membership

For a limited time only Turnberry Ocean Club Residences purchasers will receive a complimentary Social Membership* to the prestigious Turnberry Isle Country Club, conveniently located less than a mile from the residential tower. The privilege of the Social Membership in one of Miami’s most celebrated clubs affords access to the award winning âme Spa & Wellness Collective, unlimited summer golf at two Raymond Floyd redesigned championship golf courses, tennis, all pool facilities including the Cascata adult pool and the brand new Tidal Cove waterpark as well as planned daily social activities for all ages. Members may also enjoy remarkable dining options from the “Members Only” Harry Soffer Dining Room to Celebrity Chef Michael Mina’s Bourbon Steak and Corsair restaurants.

Turnberry Ocean Club Residences will cover the expense of the membership initiation fee as well as the first year’s dues at the celebrated Turnberry Isle Country Club for new purchasers. Buyers will have the option to continue their membership at Turnberry Isle Country Club after the first year. Owner must assume responsibility for the monthly dues and must be a Turnberry Ocean Club Residences resident at that time.

Turnberry Marina

Turnberry Marina’s state of the art facility has recently completed a multi-million-dollar renovation, featuring exquisite Ipe wood decking, a modern aluminum floating dock system which accommodates vessels up to 180 feet, with an average slip length of 90 feet, and pump out service. Turnberry Marina provides owners and yacht staff unmatched facilities, personalized service, and access to a luxury lifestyle both on and off your yacht. Purchasers of Turnberry Ocean Club Residences will receive preferred rates and access at Turnberry Marina.

Fontainebleau Aviation

Turnberry Ocean Club Residence purchasers will enjoy priority access and VIP services at Fontainebleau Aviation located in the Opa-Locka Executive Airport. The award-winning, modern-luxe facility is an FBO haven with premier accommodations, anticipatory service and access to aviation services including discounted fuel and hangar rates. Fontainebleau Aviation offers an exclusive experience under the largest canopy in the southeast region with more than 235,000 Sq. Ft. of hangar parking throughout 52 acres of land providing dual terminal access, onsite maintenance and detail.
